Sunday - Mongolian beef, broccoli and rice

Monday - Beer-marinated chicken tacos, black beans and salad

Tuesday - Country-style pork ribs, mashed potatoes and broccoli

Wednesday - Garlic pasta with grilled Italian sausage, salad

Thursday - Pork roast, apple sauce, herb-buttered noodles, and broccoli
