Monday - Roasted Chicken and Carrots with Olives and Lemon, and Wild Rice

Tuesday - Flank Steak with Caramelized Onions, Black beans, and Steamed Cauliflower

Wednesday - Halibut with Grilled Tomato and Olive Relish, and Roasted Potatoes

Thursday - Spiced Pork Chops with Red Cabbage and Raisin Salad, and Steamed Cauliflower
