My First Menu - 6/28 through 7/2

Sunday - Pork Roast with Apricot Glaze, Rice Pilaf, and Salad

Monday - Flank Steak with Ginger Marinade, Stir-fried Sugar snap peas, carrots and red bell pepper, Brown rice

Tuesday - Grilled Salmon with Orange Glaze, and Salad

Wednesday - Mac n' Cheese and Salad

Thursday - Tuscan Lemon Chicken, Grilled Aspargus, and Garlic Roasted Potatoes
